Rose hip mint tea has a tangy taste and is best known for high content of vitamin C (More than oranges). It also contains vitamin A, D and E, and antioxidants.
Rosehips are the pods that form the base of the wild rose (Rosa brunonii). Taken in the form of tea (always without milk) it strengthens the immune system and fights stomach and bladder infections.
For best results put 1 tbp of tea in a tea strainer or biodegradable teabag.
Pour nearly boiling water and let sit for 3-4 mins.
